TURBO 7/140 - A smaller dry plucker from the Muscat range.

A robust machine with 7 x 140 dia discs designed specifically for game and smaller domestic fowl.

Main construction aluminium castings & stainless steel. Supplied as a bench model or stand mounted.

Fitted with a 0.75 hp (0.55 KW) motor driving the fan and discs available in 400V 3ph or 230V 1ph.

Operation is simple requiring no special skills so a good quality finish to the birds can be quickly achieved. Feathers are trapped by the rotating discs before being taken by the suction to the collection sack.

As no heat or liquid is required to operate the Turbo Vol it is immediately ready for use making it ideal for game. As the discs should not be in contact with the bird it provides a good finish even in areas with shot damage. Dry plucking also gives a longer shelf life to the plucked bird.

The blades are of a universal design and interchange with some other machines. Simple access to the plucking head allows for quick cleaning following use.
